Our mission and goals
Together we will create an atmosphere of optimism, professional dedication and commitment to high quality care, education and support for our students.
We will demonstrate this by:
- Achieving excellent school inspection reports. As measured by the scores obtained in the OFSTED.
- Securing referrals to achieve full school rolls. As measured by the numbers of pupils on roll.
- Providing innovation and continuity for students who have experienced a discontinuous education. Measured in the annual reviews to our partner authorities.
- Providing a culture for personalised and individualised development. Measured by the outcomes of the IEPs for our students and in the statutory outcomes they achieve as a result of their education with in our schools. Also measures held in the SIPs of students outcomes.
- By providing holistic and multi disciplinary approach to services. Measured by the rate of growth and development of our multi disciplinary services.
- Establishing good networks. Measured by the number of partner authorities working with us and levels of referrals and services required from GGSET.
- Managing change, being resilient and successful to ensure survival. Measured by our continuing to grow our business and enhance the quality of outcomes for our students.
